Making a habit of joy requires listening to your yearnings and deciding to make the necessary changes to be more free. I’ll help you find your specific reason for making a habit of joy.
Over the course of our sessions together, I’ll guide you through the seven steps to finding your joy.
And then, I’ll help you to set small, daily intentions to become the person whose life is informed by joy.
You’ll have private online sessions with me. I’ll guide you with insights and questions in 90-minute online sessions.
